Incubation Condition

Located in Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstration Zone, the Business Incubation Centre is the only state- level agricultural hi-tech one. As far as 4,000 years ago, Houji, the agricultural forefather of our nation imparted farming and arboriculture in Yangling which became the birthplace of agriculture civilization. It has solid cultural foundation, complete agricultural technolgy research institution, abundant talents and excellent incubation condition.

　　The centre has advatageous location, convenient transportation & communication. It sits in the hinterland of Great Guangzhong Plain, with Weihe River flowing across it and elegant scene of TaiBai Mountain in the north and stretches of plain in the south. Yangling is 82km east to Xi’an city, 86km west to Baoji and 70km to Xianyang International Airport with Longhai railroad and Xibao expressway passing through it. Its post & telecommunication service has been merged into Xi’an network and achieved the goal of programmed control for exchange and optical cable for communication. Having cell phone & beeper service been completely covered, it got precedent data communication capacity.
　　Yangling, renowned as the only agro-sci town, has rich sci-tech capacity and advantageous scientific research facilities. Within less than 4km2 there stands two institues of higher education, Northeast Sci-Tech University of Agriculcural & Forestry and Yangling Vocational Training College. It’s the training base for agricultural personnel, gathering site for agricultural research results and radiation source for agriculture development.
　　With tremendous agricultural research achievements and abundant storage for techniquse, Yangling gave birth to 5,000 agricultural findings during past years, among which 80 was rewarded by central gevernment and 800 by provincial gevernment. And it produced economic profits of 200 billion RMB from popularizing its research results up till now. Yangling holds the highest level of our country in improved variety breeding of farming, irrigation and saving-water techinque, embrye engineering and reproduction incretion of living stock, comprehensive managenment of soil erosion in loess plateau, protection and comprehensive utilization of plant resources with some projects matching the world level and contributed brilliantly to our agriculture development.
　　Now the Demonstration Zone has cooperated with 20 countries and regions for techniques exchange. With 20 international co-operative projects being operated, it has introduced 1,400 foreign experts and dispathed 800 scholars abroad. It has run seven times of dry farming & soil, keeping training class and sent nearly one hundred trainee abroad.
　　With practice of West Exploration in our country and favoured policy given to the west region, Yangling’s incubation condition becomes optimized gradually and it’ll inevitably accelarate the development of the Demonstration Zone and the Business Incubation Centre.

Business Envionment

　　The Business Incubation Buiding locates in the centre of newly-constructed area of Yangling Demonstration Zone. It’s to the north of Yangling International Convention & Exhibation Centre, south to the entrance of the expressway and equipped with three elevators. The main body has five floors and some parts has seven floors. Its offices are spacious and bright, and its property management services are star-standard ones. And also it has perfect shared facilities such as centred air-conditioning systrm, ADSL Wide-band information net, multifunctional meeting rooms, training rooms, dinning hall, and entertainment rooms. Therefore , it’s an ideal place for pioneering enterprises to do scientific research and to carry on their production and work in the building.

Standard Factory

　　The standard factory building starts to the north of the Business Incubation Centre and there are four to be chosen, each storey of it has a height of 4.60m and covers an area of 880m2 . It’s framed structure and each building is equipped with plastic-steel windows and industrial electrical system.

Animal Husbandry Business Incubator & Industrial Demonstration Park
　

In order to strenghthen professional incubation function of animal husbandry hi-tech enterprises and supported by Yangling Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office, the Business Incubation Centre initiate the Industrial Demonstration Park Project. The park covers an area of 257mu with complete supply of road,electricity, water and experiment equipment. It has already attracted six enterprises by now.
